Libby Smith: Libby is the kindhearted tallie that becomes romantic with Hurley, just prior to her sudden death in "Two for the Road". Not much is known about her past as she never received a flashback episode, yet she has been seen in other flashbacks; assisting Desmond with his race, and eerily appearing in the same mental institution Hurley goes to. Lucille Ball, I feel would make an excellent Libby. Prior to her breakthrough in comedy, she was a dramatic actress, and I think she could have good chemistry with Ernest Borgnine, playing the tender caring psychologist. There could even be some deal where Desilu productions partners in with Zanuck in producing the television show after the first season, thus garnering her a role.
