Conception

Alright, so the premise is In like 1954 Orson Welles created a new Television show called Lost, heavily inspired by  the final and uncompleted writings of H.G. Wells titled "Island of the Damned".  Anyway he pitches the project to Darryl F. Zanuck who figures that this show could totally revolutionize the Entertainment Industry and bring the relatively new medium of Television to the top of the pop culture food chain.  To do this he deduces, he'll start his own network (Fox), with Lost as the tent-pole program, and he'll have to bring in all the top stars for the roles, pitching it to them as 12 paid weeks of vacation in Hawaii every year.  Orson brings in the young television writer Rod Serling to be showrunner, Leigh Brackett as executive produce and from 1954 to 1960 Lost creates Television History.
